Rebecca Walters received her B.F.A in Filmmaking from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. As a Filmmaker, Coordinator, Festival Agent and Programmer she has worked for the Sundance Institute, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Stowe Story Labs, the Wild and Scenic Film Festival, Cucalorus Film Foundation, and the Hamptons International Film Festival. Rebecca has experience in film production, including writing screenplay coverage, choreographing for both film and staged productions, and integrating the arts into elementary school curriculum. Her work has screened at various film festivals, and she has been invited as a guest artist to universities nationwide to discuss the importance of intimacy coordinators on film sets and in dance studios. When Rebecca isn’t writing, directing or advocating for change, you can find her hiking in the mountains, or dancing on a beach somewhere!
