What do New York city public housing repair issues, COVID-19 and Black Lives Matter have in common? Low income minority communities have had to battle them all. In We Deserve Better, NYCHA resident and filmmaker Keya Rice uses her life as a window into the experiences tenants endure as they battle for humane treatment in the largest housing authority in the nation.
