In “Samuel,” a riff on the idiom “no use crying over spilled milk,” Hannah reflects on loss – and eventual gain – on the eve of a milestone birthday.
“Samuel” is the third and final film in The Idiom Triology, a three-part series of shorts based on idioms. “THREE birds” and “grist,” in which Hannah is introduced, are the first and second films in the series. All three films in The Triology are complete and can be screened individually or together.
